Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the DQIPTV.COM service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DQIPTV.COM.

Subscription & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to our service. By subscribing, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Our service is offered as follows:

• 1-Year Plan (Silver): $120 — single payment, 12-month access
• 3-Year Plan (Gold): $325 — single payment, 36-month access
• 5-Year Plan (Platinum): $400 — single payment, 60-month access

All plans are one-time payments with no recurring monthly charges.

Single Device Policy

DQ IPTV subscriptions are activated on a single device at a time. This is a technical requirement of our Stalker Portal-based service to ensure premium server quality for all subscribers.

You may not share your subscription credentials with others. Sharing credentials may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund. If you wish to switch to a different device, contact our support team via WhatsApp.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, DQ IPTV does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Intellectual Property

All content delivered through our service belongs to the respective content owners and broadcasters. DQ IPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content. The DQ IPTV name, logo, and website design are the exclusive property of DQIPTV.COM.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
