Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our service and the availability of a free trial, we operate a limited refund policy:

• Within 24 hours of purchase: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve it within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
• After 24 hours: Refunds are not available after 24 hours of account activation, as the service has been provided and tested.
• Credential sharing: Subscriptions terminated due to violation of our single-device or credential-sharing policy are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• You changed your mind after purchase (this is why we offer a free trial)
• You purchased the wrong plan (please contact us before purchasing if you have questions)
• Service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device
• Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests made more than 24 hours after account activation
